HOW TO USE

Before Use...Conduct a patch test prior to use for any sensitivity or allergic reactions. Cut out a small piece of the tape and wear inside your wrist, elbow, or below your chest for at least 8 hours. If you experience any itching, irritation, or discomfort of any kind discontinue use.
To Use...Make sure skin is clean, dry, oil, and lotion free. Remove liner and place Chafe Tape in desired area of the inner thigh to avoid skin friction, rashes, sweat, and blistering.
To remove…Saturate the product with a body safe oil, lotion, or soap. Gently and slowly lift off the tape using more oil if needed. Use oil or alcohol to wipe off any residue. Be sure all residue is removed from skin.
