Returns, Exchanges & Warranty Policy

All items purchased from SkinMedix.com are guaranteed to be free of defects upon delivery and exactly as described. If your product arrives damaged or defective, you may return it for a replacement at no additional cost.
If your order was damaged during shipment, please contact us promptly so we can provide instructions for replacement.

Because we cannot assess individual skin type, health conditions, or product compatibility, we strongly recommend consulting with your physician or licensed skincare professional before purchasing.
Refunds will not be issued for concerns related to product performance, skin compatibility, or allergic reactions. Opened products are not eligible for return unless shipped in error or covered under warranty.
Return Authorization (RA) Requirements
All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery to request an RA number.

Items must be returned within 14 days of RA issuance.

For undamaged and unopened products, return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.

Any item returned without an RA number will be refused and no credit will be issued.

Returned products must include all original packaging and accessories. Please do not write on or damage the product packaging. You may include a separate note referencing your RA number.
Restocking Fees & Shipping

A 10% restocking fee applies to returns of unopened, undamaged items when no shipping error occurred, including refused packages.

Opened cosmeceuticals are non-refundable unless shipped in error.

Return shipping costs are covered by 102marketplace.com only if the item was shipped incorrectly or arrived damaged.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer for all other approved returns.
Warranty Claims
Warranty claims also require an RA number. Devices that fail due to manufacturer defects within the warranty period will be replaced with an identical or equivalent model. Return shipping for warranty claims is the responsibility of the buyer.
Refund Processing
If a return results in a refund, the amount will be credited to the original payment method or issued as store credit upon request.
We are committed to providing exceptional service and will make every reasonable effort to accommodate return requests in accordance with this policy. However, we reserve the right to review and decline returns in cases of repeated or abusive use of the return policy.
